Dopexamine and its role in the protection of hepatosplanchnic and renal perfusion in high-risk surgical and critically ill patients: "Evidence about the effects of dopexamine was inconsistent and inadequate. There was insufficient evidence to recommend the use of dopexamine for protecting hepatosplanchnic and renal perfusion in high-risk surgical patients, and there was no support for dopexamine for critically ill patients."
